Gendex

Several of the gedcom converters automatically create a file called gendex.txt, which lists all the individuals in the file with birth and death details. Once you have uploaded your Web pages to the server (including gendex.txt), you can submit details to Gene Stark's GENDEX site, which will then add the details from your gendex.txt to a central searchable index with links to your site.
